Our first event of 2026 will be our AGM on the 1st March 2026 from 12:00
March 1st - 12:00 for a 12:15 start to the AGM followed by Sunday Lunch.
To be held in the Orangery at The Crown and Sandys, Ombersley, Worcs. WR9 0EW.
A Sunday Lunch Menu has been sent out by email and the cost is £24 for 2 courses and £29 for 3 courses. Please let Stuart know by email ([email protected]) if you are planning to attend and what you would like to order by Saturday 22nd February 2026 as The Crown and Sandys need to know numbers and meal orders before the event.
The Agenda for the AGM together with the minutes of our last AGM held on the 16th February 2025 will be circulated via email prior to the meeting.
This year we have decided to hold our Annual Photographic Competition on line to encourage more entries. The subject is - “Cheeky Dexters” and for those without easy access to Dexters - “A Rural Scene”.
Please send your photo entries to Stuart by email ([email protected]). The photos will be judged on the 24th February by an independent judge so don’t forget to get your entries in soon.
Winning entries will be printed and the results announced at the AGM.
There is a trophy and prize for the winner!
