The Midland Dexter Group was formed in 1985 & we are due to celebrate 40 years of the group in 2025 so watch this space for more information on our Ruby celebrations.
We are a group of Dexter cattle keepers, with members herds ranging from 2 to 100+ Dexters, from the Midlands & surrounding areas.
Our aim is to provide support & activities for Dexter owners, to promote the wonderful Dexter cattle breed & all its qualities, share knowledge & experiences whilst having fun with like-minded folk. Whether your interest is in showing, producing quality beef, conservation grazing or you're just passionate about Dexters, you are welcome to come & join us.

HERD VISIT
We hold between 4 & 6 events per annum, varying from herd visits, work shops, discussion groups, guest speakers & social events, as we try to cater for all members particular areas of interest.
